Adaptive Dance

Our Adaptive Dance program gives youth and adults with various types of disabilities the opportunity to participate in a dance class that would otherwise be unavailable to them. The primary focus for each player includes:
• Social interaction
• Physical exercise
• Skill development

They will enjoy learning a dance routine for our year end dance performance, while instilling positive self-worth, belonging and a sense of accomplishment. Our instructors and volunteers are dedicated and extremely passionate about helping our special needs community. They will leave with a smile on their face and they will have stories to share for a life time about their positive dance experience.

Hip Hop (30 Mins)
September-May, Tuesdays or Thursdays. See schedule for times.
Stage performance every May.
COST: $250.00/Student*ALL students that require one on one, must provide their own support during the duration of the program. **See Dance Registration to register**

Superstars Adaptive Football

Our Superstars Adapted Football program gives youth and adults with various types of disabilities the opportunity to participate in an organized and developmental sport that would otherwise be unavailable to them. The primary focus for each player includes:
• Social interaction
• Physical exercise
• Skill development
They will enjoy learning this wonderful game, while instilling positive self-worth, belonging and a sense of accomplishment. Our group of coaches and volunteers are dedicated and extremely passionate about helping our special needs community. They will leave with a smile on their face and will have stories to share about scoring there first touchdown or catching there first pass.

This program begins after labour day weekend and is an estimated 7-8 week duration. Typically runs on a Monday 6:00-7:00 pm.

Day and times to be determined.
$95.00/player (includes a team t-shirt and end of the season medallion)
